Try one of our Spinning classes to really get your blood pumping or any one of our step, low impact or sculpt classes. Our yoga classes will improve your flexibility and relieve stress.

Class Descriptions

Multi-Mix

A new type of muscle conditioning! Combines boxing movements, jump rope circuits and martial arts movements to provide a total body workout!

Step and Sculpt

A high-energy interval class that burns calories and body fat. This class combines a variety of step movements with resistance training to increase muscle mass and endurance.

 

X-Treme Strength Training

Want to turn your body into a strong, lean, calorie-burning machine? Try this strength training class that integrates aerobic and anaerobic muscle conditioning for an intense 60 minute class. Emphasizes proper form and technique using body weight, dumbbells, bar bells and resistance bands.

Cardio Sculpt

Get stepping and get moving! This class focuses on cardiovascular fitness balanced with muscle and core isolation exercises. B0SU and physio balls, free weights, dyna bands, exertubes and Pilates Mat work may be incorporated to provide different challenges. Stretching and push-ups may be included.

Muscle Pump

A body-shaping class that emphasizes muscle strength and endurance. Optional use of dumbbells, ankle weights, body bars, and resistance bands. 45 minutes

Strictly Strength

A full-body sculpting and toning workout. This class incorporates a variety of resistance equipment to redefine the shape of your body.

Strength and Endurance

A 60-minute class using your own body weight and performing exercises that will tone and sculpt your entire body. Optional equipment may include dumbbells, physio balls and bands.

Zumba

The new and fast-growing fitness revolution. This class consists of dynamic aerobic activity using easy to follow Latin dance moves that strengthen your core muscle group. It’s SO much FUN!

Pilates Mat

This class is guaranteed to stretch your tight muscles and strengthen your core! You will work into Pilates mat techniques as you lengthen your muscles and create a solid core (abs and back) foundation.

Spinning

Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially-designed stationary bicycle called a Spinning bike. Spinning burns serious calories and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. Spinning tones your quadriceps and outer thigh muscles, too!

Cardio Frenzy

You asked for it, you got it!  100% Cardio!  Can't make the spinning class... here is another great workout!

 

Yoga

Authentic Hatha Yoga

The Human machine is so complicated that is difficult to keep its many parts in good working order. But, to practice Authentic Hatha Yoga is to travel on the road to health and fitness. Come to this class with no expectations...leave fulfilled! Namaste! All classes instructional.

Hatha Yoga-Easy Flow
