Class Descriptions
Multi-Mix
A new type of muscle conditioning! Combines boxing movements, jump rope circuits and martial arts movements to provide a total body workout!
Step and Sculpt
A high-energy interval class that burns calories and body fat. This class combines a variety of step movements with resistance training to increase muscle mass and endurance.
X-Treme Strength Training
Want to turn your body into a strong, lean, calorie-burning machine? Try this new X-Treme Strength Training class that integrates aerobic and anaerobic muscle conditioning for an intense 45 minutes. Emphasizes proper form and technique using body weight, dumbbells, bar bells and resistance bands. Includes a 15-minute warm-up and cool down with focus on rotation and increasing range of motion. The last 15 minutes of class will consist of Pilates Mat.
Cardio Circuit
Get stepping and get moving! This class focuses on cardiovascular fitness balanced with muscle and core isolation exercises. BOSU and physio balls, free weights, dyna bands, exertubes and Pilates Mat work may be incorporated to provide different challenges. Stretching and pushups may be included.
SPINNING
An aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a SPINNING bike. SPINNING burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. It also tones your quadriceps and outer thigh muscles like nobody's business!
Call the Front Desk or stop in and ask the Front Desk staff to register you for the class. Because of the interest level in these classes, we want to make sure the sessions are full. As a result there will be a $10 no-show fee for registered attendees who do not attend.
Zumba
The new and fast growing fitness revolution. The Zumba class consists of dynamic aerobic activity using easy to follow Latin dance moves and at the same time strengthens your core muscle group.
Muscle Pump
A body shaping class that emphasizes muscle strength and endurance. Optional use of dumbbells, ankle weights, body bars and resistance bands.
Slim N Sculpt w/ Pilates Mat
A 60 minute class using your own body weight and performing exercises that will tone and sculpt your entire body. Optional equipment may include dumbbells, physio balls, and bands. Mat Pilates included in second half of class to work your core, and increase your flexibility.
Butt N Gutts
An intense 45 minute booty busting and core crunching workout! Get those legs and butt burning with exercises geared to get your rear in gear and abs in agony using a multitude of equipment from your own body weight to physio balls, bands, body bars and free weights. Great music and great time while getting in shape. Meets downstairs in the Fitness Center.
Strictly Strength
A full-body sculpting and toning workout. This class incorporates a variety of resistance equipment to redefine the shape of your body.
Pilates Mat
Pilates Mat is a 30 minute class using your own body weight, physio balls, small balls, bands and small weights to strengthen, lengthen an tone your body and core. The regular practice of Pilates Mat exercises offers the following benefits for generally healthy participants: improvements in overall strength, flexibility, stability and mobility. It also offers improved posture, stronger abdominal and back muscles, stronger pelvic and shoulder stabilizer muscles, improved breathing, better coordination and balance, reduced risk of back pain and injury, enhanced confidence, self-esteem, mind-body connection, and athletic performance. A full-body sculpting and toning workout. This class incorporates a variety of resistance equipment to redefine the shape of your body.

Hatha Yoga - Vinyasa Flow
Eclectic blend of various Hatha Yoga styles to entice the novice and challenge the experienced practitioner. Vinyasa Flow provides the connecting link with both postures and rhythmic breath for flexibility and strength.
Yoga Sunrise
A warm sun salutation and yoga poses to awaken your morning -- then off to your dharma (work) or kama (pleasure).
Yoga Flow
Easy yoga poses - flowing sun salutation - restorative - relaxing.
Classes are subject to change and may be modified or cancelled on certain days due to lack of instructor availability.
