Michele is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fit/Pilates Instructor. With over 20 years in the gym and teaching Aerobics in the 80's and 90's she was looking for something else so she became a Pilates enthusiast and began teaching a Slim N' Sculpt/Pilates class. Her love for teaching and helping others drove her to become a Personal Trainer. She looks forward to seeing you in one of her Group Fit Classes offered at WTFC or try a sample pack of Personal Training sessions.
