Step and Sculpt
A high energy interval class that burns lost of calories and body fat. This class combines a variety of step movements with resistance training to increase muscle mass and endurance.
Monday & Wednesday 5:30 pm.
Total Body Conditioning and Stretch
A challenging muscle conditioning class using weights, resistance bands, and Physio-Balls. A flexibility portion is incorporated into this class to provide you with a total workout. Tuesday 6:30 pm.
X-Treme Strength Training
Want to turn your body into a strong, lean, calorie-burning machine? Try this new X-Treme Strength Training class that integrates aerobic and anaerobic muscle conditioning for an intense 45 minutes. Emphasizes proper form and technique using body weight, dumbbells, bar bells, and resistance bands. Includes a 15 minute warm-up and cool down with focus on rotation and increasing range of motion. The last 30 minutes of class (Wednesday only) will consist of Mat Pilates.
Wednesday 9:15-10:15 am (45 minutes strength/15 minutes Pilates)
Friday 9:15 - 10:15am (x-treme strength only - no Pilates)
Bench Blast
Get stepping and get moving! This class focuses on cardiovascular fitness balanced with muscle and core isolation exercises. Bosu, Physio-Ball, Free Weights, Dyna Bands, Exertubes, and Pilates mat work may be incorporated to provide different challenges for the body. Stretching and pushups may be included through the class period. Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday 9:15 am.
Intervalocity
A total body workout that combines intervals of 3-minute
cardiovascular training segments followed by 90 seconds of strength training. This class includes abdominal work and flexibility exercises during cool down.
Thursday 6:00 pm.
Muscle Pump
A body shaping class that emphasizes muscle strength and endurance. Optional use of dumbells, ankle weights, body bars, and resistance bands.
Thursday 7:00 pm
Mat Pilates Class featuring traditional Pilates moves using one's own body weight. Core body and flexibility training. Friday 10:15 am
Strictly Strength
A full-body sculpting and toning workout. This class incorporates a variety of resistance equipment to redefine the shape of your body.
Monday 9:15 am.

Hatha Yoga - Workout
All classes are eclectic-light and dynamic vinyasa flow- various levels of intensity...Neer the same class! Some previous Yoga experience helpful. Monday and Wednesday 6:30 pm; Tuesday and Saturday 10:30 am.
Starter's Yoga Challenge Step-up preparation for all Hatha Yoga Workout classes. Requires a willingness to learn Yoga for developing strength and flexibility. Saturday 11:30 am
Flowing Yoga-Starters & Regulars
Easy, clear instructions-gentle, safe movements to encourage flow flexibility and body-breath awareness. Monday 10:30 am
