Personal Training is now being offered at Western Tennis & Fitness Club. We have certified Personal Trainers on staff to help you reach your goals.

He is certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness

He is a teacher at Fairfield High School and is available evenings and weekends for personal training and fitness orientations!

Training Options
  • Personal Training
    • 30 or 60 minute sessions working one-on-one with a trainer. Your personal trainer will design a detailed program to safely and effectively reach your specific goals
  • Team Training
    • Sport specific program designed to increase athletic performance along with injury prevention.
  • Adult Group Training
    • Group training is designed for those who prefer to train with a partner(s). A great way to decrease body fat and increase muscle mass!
  • Youth Training
    • Youth training is specifically designed for 13-16 year olds. This is the most crucial time in a child's mental and physical development. Core and neuromuscular (balance) training is a key component of this training.
  • Junior Training
    • Monthly training for kids ages 9 through 12. This training includes increasing a child's motor skills along with cardiovascular and muscle conditioning.
