Western provides a full-range of fitness equipment; group exercise classes in a friendly, motivating and energizing environment; and personally tailored fitness programs. Our professional staff can assist you in beginning an exercise program, as well as assist you in designing a training program for competition.
Spinning is one of the best exercises you can do! Great cardio and strength training all at the same time! Come join one of our energetic, instructor-led workouts as you have fun, burn calories and build muscle.
TRX is a bodyweight exercise that simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, balance, flexibility and core stability. Whether you are young or old, out of shape or a pro athlete, injured or at the top of your game, TRX meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go.
Exercising with a personal trainer will give you individualized attention and a customized exercise program designed specifically for you. Personal trainers at Western Athletic Club are certified to guide you on proper form and exercise techniques for a safe and efficient workout.

Western has a variety of cardio machines that provide physical exercise of low to high intensity designed to achieve weight loss and physical fitness.
We offer a variety of free weight, functional training and Nautilus options throughout the Fitness Center. In addition, we have a Squat Rack, Smith machine and Universal trainer. There are many options in the Fitness Center to give you variety for successful training results.
Water aerobics at Western offers a full-body workout, working your cardiovascular and muscular system taught by certified instructors to guide you on proper form for a safe and efficient workout.

GROUP FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE
Due to the Ohio Public Health restrictions, the group fitness room can only accommodate 12 participants and 1 instructor. 24-hour sign up is required for all group fitness classes. Please call Western at 451-4233 to reserve your spot. In the near future, online sign-up will be offered. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Everyone must bring their own exercise mat, towel and water bottle.
