Play Tennis - Live Longer
Did you know that you can live 9.7 years longer if you play tennis? That’s amazing! As reported in Forbes magazine, a Danish study concluded after studying participants over a span of 25 years, tennis was the sport with the most benefits. Tennis is problem-solving, strength training with your own body weight, great for your heart—good cardio but not too strenuous, but most of all it is social!
Contact our Director of Tennis, TJ Scheve, and he will help you get on the court and involved at Western, firstname.lastname@example.org.

MEET THE TEAM
I started playing tennis when I was 6 at Delhi Swim Club. Played in the swim club leagues with Delhi up until going to Elder. Played 3 years on the Varsity level for Elder. Fun tennis fact, I'm undefeated on center court at the ATP at 1-0.
I played varsity tennis all 4 years at Oak Hills High School, mostly 1 singles. I went on to play Club Tennis for UC and I have been teaching tennis for 2 years now. I am entering my 3rd year coaching the Boys and Girls Middle School teams at Oak Hills.
I played varsity tennis all 4 years at Wyoming High School. I was a 2X double state qualifier and played college tennis at Bellarmine University. I have been teaching tennis since I was 16 years old.
I have played tennis since I was 8 years old. I played college tennis at Fairmont State University number 1 singles and doubles. I love to be on the court and help others improve their game.
