Play Tennis - Live Longer
Did you know that you can live 9.7 years longer if you play tennis? That’s amazing! As reported in Forbes magazine, a Danish study concluded after studying participants over a span of 25 years, tennis was the sport with the most benefits. Tennis is problem-solving, strength training with your own body weight, great for your heart—good cardio but not too strenuous, but most of all it is social!
Contact our Director of Tennis, TJ Scheve, and he will help you get on the court and involved at Western, firstname.lastname@example.org.
