Group Fitness 

Our Group fitness classes are great for getting a workout in with an awesome community surrounding you. With over 35+ classes each week we guarantee a class for you! 

Classes are beginner-advanced and provide modifications for all formats. 

 

Current classes accommodate 20:1 instructor

(Spinning class 10:1 ratio, TRX class 6:1)

 

Participants are required to bring their own personal yoga mats.

Members may use the Court Reserve App to sign-up online. 

Members may sign-up for group fitness classes 7 days in advance.

​

Guests may attend a group fitness class for $20 per day.
